Social media is ever-present in our lives, with recent research stating that nearly 70% of all U.S. adults use social platforms regularly (with younger generations showing even higher usage). The ability to quickly access and share information has shaped our expectations and ways of connecting, bringing both opportunities and challenges for the healthcare industry in particular. In this session, we will leverage real practice case studies to highlight some of the key benefits and risks of social media for practice leaders. We will also discuss actionable patient and practice/employee management guidelines for the use of social media across your business.
